Fe Baido - Live was recorded on June 12 2021 during the 12th edition of the Sound & Visual exhibition at the Convent de Sant Agustí. The Convent is a cultural refuge tucked away just behind the tourist trodden streets of Barcelona’s historical El Born district. On multiple occasions the intimate setting combined with its sensational ambiance has proven to be a perfect fit for the music of Fe Baido, which can be clearly experienced on this tape. Three of the four pieces presented on this release are new compositions, premiered live to an eager audience.
Fe Baido is an exceptional band - both live, as in the studio - and this release proves it once more. Their emphasis is on the construction of an introspective musical world of ambient and experimental textures with sounds performed live and manipulated with effects.
