"If the first album was inspired by the Fukushima event, then this is our confession of another 'man-made' expression of the worst of human tendencies, and how, in part, it is in our nature to fail and flourish, fall and rise, the boom and bust of existence and that this process is even natural.
Support & Resistance is an economic term used in technical market analysis, highlighting another example of the worst of human achievements, namely our doom impending obsession with economic competition over cooperation. Every day we bare witness to the ebb and flow of the markets fluctuating like breath. We see the traders, speculating, believing, willing on the price change in their favour. Confidence in the market here, fear in the sectors there… opportunists analysing the opportunities of other opportunists. The self-fulfilling prophecy of confidence equalling profit, and the sickly reverse. The maddening flavour of desire and greed, like an illness on the psyche, yet as prevalent as plastic.
Like a fungi disease infecting the brains of ants, the parasitical relationship the traders have on markets is far removed from the needs of the world around them and only serves itself to grow, explode, infect again and survive.”

giro days pummelling 12 minutes monster grinder is a gem a perfect soundtrack to the time honoured tradition of going completely bonkers for one day a fortnight. that refrain of sex death sex death is tied to the title for me..the little death.sex ...and life ..measured in giros.or.lives ,measured in bi weekly trips to the hole in the wall at midnight .....a triumph of a record... probably as good as just say no..but I'm a sucker for a pair of drummers.GNOD ON
